Am I entitled to pay up until July 11th, the original agreed upon resignation date? Are there any repercussions for the false statements indicating I was fired/let go?I was laid off from my job in May 2025. Before signing the separation package, I consulted with a few lawyers and ultimately decided it was in my best interest to accept the package rather than pursue legal action, as the terms were fairly reasonable. According to the agreement, I was supposed to receive all payments—including severance, vacation pay, and prorated bonus—by June 15. However, it's now been a month, and I still haven’t received my vacation pay. I’ve been following up with my former employer, and while they keep assuring me that the payment is being processed, nothing has been resolved. Given that this delay is in violation of the separation agreement, is there anything I can do to enforce the terms and ensure timely payment? Previous Next Page 98 of 1631
