Now even though my company bought this new company, the direction is coming from the new company for some odd reason. I’m currently very close to the union station for work. Now the new leadership from the new company wants us to come to their workplace which is another 15kms from my current work location in downtown Toronto. They want us to come 4 days a week to colloborate and learn the new software while we are already coming in 2 days a week at my current company office in the financial district and already have so much work compiled and now will adding more work when we go to this new location. Is this reasonable to do so? I’m coming all the way from Mississauga so it increases even more time for me to reach the new place. Do I have any rights or am I just suppose to accept and go to the new work location?
