Hello. If laid off effective March 31st, 2025, would my employer be responsible for paying me for my January, February, and March bonus and unpaid vacation? I am entitled to 20 days of vacation per year.

If your employment is terminated you would be entitled to all vacation pay accrued up to the termination date, and may be entitled to additional vacation pay during the statutory notice period. If the bonus was a non-discretionary bonus, you may also be entitled to your bonus payments earned up to the termination date.
