What should I do next?Good morning, I watch your show every Saturday and it has been instrumental and helping me with my own personal disability claim. I was just approved for long-term disability until I’m 65 years old, which is 2049 and I’m wondering how does it work with my employer, do I have to put in my resignation or am I entitled to severance? I greatly appreciate any advice you may have on this matter. Thank you AmbroseCan my employer force me to change my schedule?I've been with my employer for a little over 6 years. My day-to-day work has changed significantly in the past 1 year or so. Compensation has hit a glass ceiling, promotion isn't an option, and attempts to move internally haven't been successful. Management acknowledges the problem but haven't been able to do anything tangible to help. If I resign, is severance an option, and if so, how much? Previous Next Page 111 of 1631
