I worked my a non profit that doesn't make 2.5M I don't believe I would be entitled the severance pay. I have worked there for 9 years and they gave me 8 weeks notice of when my last day will be. I am a contract worker that, that's when my contract would end. Am I entitled to anything past the contract end date or since they gave me 8 weeks notice that is enough.
