I worked for a Company for 15 years and when I quit last April, I was not aware that my contract that were signed when hired indicate that I was to be paid 6% extra for my commissions when earning 3 weeks vacation. In year 2, it was changed to 4 weeks of vacation. Labour board made the Company pay all earnings for the last 21 months. They advised me to get legal help for the remaining $40,000 that is still owed to me. Is this not true??
