Add Comment Question: I worked for a Company for 15 years and when I quit last April, I was not aware that my contract that were signed when hired indicate that I was to be paid 6% extra for my commissions when earning 3 weeks vacation. In year 2, it was changed to 4 weeks of vacation. Labour board made the Company pay all earnings for the last 21 months. They advised me to get legal help for the remaining $40,000 that is still owed to me. Is this not true?? Answer: If the Labour Board ordered them to pay you the full 21 months then you should not be required to retain counsel for the remaining $40,000.00, however you should contact us at the number below so that we can review the order from the Ministry of Labour and better understand any conditions to the order.
