Hello, I currently work for a large corp and have been scheduled for more than 8 days in a row without a day off I did not actively request to do so and did not protest doing so. I also have evidence of a manager actively attempting to adjust the schedule so as not to reflect that I worked the shifts without day off. Just wondering if I have a case in litigation for compensation (other than hours worked of course).
