Currently I’m a superintendent for a condominium complex and I believe they are going to either lower my wages by removing 1 days work (I have a 6 day work period)
Can they actually terminate my contract without severance?
I earn $52,000 Yearly
Been with them for 1 yr and 4 mths

If they terminate you then you are owed severance. If they decide to lower your wages that constitutes a constructive dismissal and you can treat it as a termination and claim severance as well.
