I have been a remote worker for 8+ years. My c company is now changing my work model to hybrid (2 days in office/week). In my employment agreement it states they can do t this at their sole discretion. Would this still be considered a constructive dismissal?

If the employment agreement you signed explicitly states they have the authority to change your work location then you have agreed to this term and it cannot be a constructive dismissal as a result.
