I was put on paid leave for 3 weeks for a situation that was being investigated with other employees from my department. Upon conclusion of the investigation I was terminated for other reasons other than the reason I was put on paid leave. I have been with the company for 15 years as a manager and believe I was wrongfully terminated. Am I entitled to severance although I have found a new job?
