Ask your question and an employment lawyer in Ontario, BC or Alberta will answer in minutes
My employer accidentally copied me in on a request to quote my direct accounts. I confronted him and he lied. I have since requested all correspondence should be via email or messenger so I have it in writing. Can I refuse to communicate via phone so that I can have a log of all conversations?
If your employer requires you to communicate via phone then you must use the phone and cannot refuse to answer your employer's phone calls.
