I have been casual for just over two years I was part time before that but with a 7 month break. I work whenever they need me. Staff Scheduling at a hospital. Now the manager is saying she doesn’t want the casuals (2 of us same age) called any more. Hinting we should just stop working. Am I entitled to a layoff with pay
