I was on WSIB from Jan last year until a gradual return to work that started in April 2026, when I seeked advise with your company I was told that the company that im employed with was obligated to find me a similar job that I had before the work injury, so far this has not has not happened, I've mentioned this concern to HR and they not fulfilling their obligations.
What are my options.

HR has an obligation to provide you with comparable work as long as your medical restrictions allow you to complete the work.
