Hi there,
I wrote question before about using vacation for company shutdown time and i did get an answer and thank you for that. However i would like to clarify is that the shutdown is not a week its only 4 days and it does say anything about that in our job offer. Because all the employees are affected by using our own vacation time forcefully otherwise we would get disciplined for that. So can it be basis for a lawsuit?. Thank you
If the company shutdown is only 4 days (as opposed to one week), the Company must receive your written authorization in order to require you to use your vacation time for this period.
