Hello, I have worked for my employer for 4 years, working 40 hours weekly. I have no employment contract. My employer now wishes to reduce my weekly hours to 34. That's a 15% decrease. Could this be considered Constructive dismissal? I have read that Constructive dismissal can be considered for an hour decrease of 20% or more. Thank you

It is very likely you have been constructively dismissed. You should contact the number below to schedule a consultation to learn your full legal entitlements.
