Hi I work in truck and trailer technician I was hired to work inside in a bay!I was ask to go outside during -20 and colder to repaing lights I refused and written up then week later had meeting with HR and management I was told they expect to go and do minors repairs! I said i don't work in the cold or outside!
I think there letting me go! What's my options!
