I work from home and have been for 4 years, the company I work for told us we have to get updated refurbished desk top computers with 2 large monitors .
When I exchanged my computer equipment I had to go to the to the exchange location at my expense , as did other employees.
I had to travel by uber as I could not carry the equipment on TTC and it would not be safe.
I travelled by uber which cost me $150.00 and was not paid for the time it took to go there and back.
Is this in compliance with labour laws in Ontario ?
