I work at a dealership for 15 years now. I am a finance manager and work on commission. My employer has threatened that if we don’t increase our hours he will hire another finance manager. This will affect our pay. What are my rights?

In the event your employer hires another employee doing similar work, you should advise your employer in writing that you're concerned that this will result in a drop in pay.
