My wife has worked for her employer for over 10 years. She recently went back to work after her 2nd maternity leave and was not given her previous job responsibilities back in full. She has had access permissions removed and her boss seems to be trying to make her want to quit on her own so he doesn't have to fire her. Should she speak to someone about what she would be entitled to if she quits?
