I turned 70 this year and live in Ontario. I am still employeed as project manager for 22 years and as was rehired by previous company 2004, prior to this 1992 - 10 years and then new company purchased us in 2006 now 10 years. The company is still undergoing restructuring. Question as eventually like to retire but like to stay but also like to ask for a package or perhaps cut back my work days from 5 to 3. The bennifits are good. What would be my best option as I still enjoy working but eventually need to retire but hoping with benifits.
