Is it true What the ESA standards website says about people employees in construction not having the right to compensation for being wrongfully.Terminated or being terminated at all , and they are not entitled to any severance severance If you are a construction worker ?

This is a very good question. The short answer is you are still entitled to severance.

If you are a construction worker as defined by the ESA, then you would not have the minimum entitlement under the ESA. However, and very importantly, you would still be entitled to your full severance entitlements, which you can see at https://www.severancepaycalculator.com/
