I was recently transferred with no notice and at my position at the new place I am being told that my pay structure would be changed. Do I have the option of refusing the new offer and taking a severance package as well? I am not under contract nor have I signed anything on a new offer.

If you have been transferred to a new location and are receiving reduced compensation, this can constitute a constructive dismissal allowing you to leave and claim for a severance package. please contact us at the number below for a call with a lawyer to discuss your situation.
