I was sexually harassed by two coworkers (indirectly) in 2022. I was part of the HR investigation. Recently, I was hearing that I might be moved to the one perpetrators team. I expressed concerns multiple times to HR and to my leaders. My HR business partner even asked me to forgive the individual. All of this was ignored and I was told recently not only would I be moving to his team, but that my job title would be changing to match his and therefore id need to job shadow him. I went off on medical leave due to the trauma this caused. Last week I was informed that my short term disability claim was denied. I am obtaining legal council now, but I'm wondering what type monetary reward I can go for?
