RTO has been announced and mandated and I would like to know if I'm entitled to severance pay if I refuse to return to the office.

I work in inside sales as an account manager and I've been with this company for 14 years. I'm 38 years old this year and I've been working from home for the past 6 years, since the start of the pandemic.

Your employer allowed you to work from home temporarily without turning it into a long-term, consistent arrangement (eg. covid work from home arrangements).
