I have been off work for a year doctor appointment back July 2nd of 2025. The company is giving me a hard time by telling me I need to do more physio I need to do this I need to do that. I did get my union involved. Not much has been done. I gave him two doctors note saying I can go back to work for 2 days a week for our shift just to start. Am I allowed to file for back claim from July 2nd until now... Still haven't gone back to work yet they want me to do more videos..
