I was off work due to medical non work related for 8 days (6work days) with a doctor's note stating off effective immediately and a rtw date. 6 days in my HR insisted on functional abilities rtw form. This weighing down the medical community and trying to get in within days. Are they allowed to force me to return and get a form filled out?
