Good morning, I going through an actual issue with my boss which is from a new management the last 5 years. I am working at the same company for 28 years. I am Product Sales Support Representative with I am paid Salary and Commissions. Lately he try to push me out of my position and to put me at front counter in Parts dept. which I refuse due I like what I do. But to force me, he is pulling customers accounts from me one by one so my salary goes down, then either I move in parts dept. or to push me to Resign. What can be done from here? This tactic is going on for the last 48 months.
