I am a full time employee with annual salary >$120k, manager position, with the current company >2 years. My direct boss has been changed several times during the past 2+ years, the current boss gave me a hard time when performing the jobs. I want to know what is the best way to deal with it, my feeling is that he/she wants me to Leave by myself which I don’t want to. If is it safe to bring up a neutral agreement suggestion from my side? Thanks, Grace
