Employer is changing the sales commission structure from: 80% of target= 1% comm, 90% of target= 2% comm, 100% of target= 4% comm. To only 100% of target= 4% comm. Removing the other 2 tiers. Is this legal?
It will depend on whether it leads to a reduction of actual earnings. If it does reduce your income by 10% or more, that is a constructive dismissal and you dont have to accept the reduction.
