My employer changed my job drastically. I am a manager and now am asked to work at two ofher sites and report to their ass managers and now report to a peer with less experience. Also took away my comp behicle I have had one for 20+ yrs. Can they just do this ? Shouldnt they offer me a new contract or severance? Worked here for 32 yrs. Thanks
