Hello! My employer wants to change my hours from 10 AM-8 PM (4 days per week, including weekends) to 11 AM-7 PM (5 days per week, including weekends). I am not in a unionized position. I would be losing an hour of pay per 2 weeks and an hour per shift of evening premiums. Is this allowed?

I understand from your description that the company is changing your schedule from 4 days per week to 5 days per week, which is significant. While your employer can make minor scheduling adjustments, adding one extra day of work per week is a major change that they cannot implement without your agreement.
