I have a contract that states I am a home based employee . My employer is now stating I must go into the office 3 days per week. I have concerns with this as I have never worked in an office environment throughout my career. Do I need to have this in writing enforcing a change to my job to be in the office? Is this constructive dismissal if I consider this a hardship for me ?
