The company I work for has two office locations in the GTA that our current work policy states we can work from any office location. The location that I currently spend about 50-75% of my time at apparently is going to be closed and we are being told we will need to travel to the other office location which is much further from the current location and my home. Does this change of office location constitute constructive dismissal?

In order to better assess whether this change constitutes a constructive dismissal, we will need to know how much further in kilometers and in commute time the other office will be. Since the other office is still located within the GTA, this is change is unlikely to constitute a constructive dismissal but you can contact us at the number below to speak with a lawyer so that we can better assess the strength of a potential claim.
