Using company van from home to first location and from last location to home,
is the travel time payable?

Generally, commuting time is not compensable; however, certain exceptions apply. For example, if an employee takes a work vehicle home in the evening for the employer's convenience, work time begins when the employee leaves home in the morning and ends when the employee arrives home in the evening. In your case, if you can establish that you are taking the vehicle home for your employer's convenience you may be entitled to your full hourly wage while travelling.
