Hi there the company did not use our written authorization so what we can do in this situation as they are doing for last 4 or 5 years. My employer force employees to submit their vacation during shutdown so can they say that employees put their vacation.
So what we can do in this situation as many numbers of employees are affected. Can it be ground for lawsuit?
