My company wants me to move my office to our house. Issue is my office is short handed due to maternity leave. I am doing the job of 2 people and am call 24/7. Until this is rectified I do not want to bring this to my home. Can they force me to close the office and relocate to my residence.

No, a company cannot force you to use your personal residence as an office without your consent.
