Our company is forcing mandatory 2 days unpaid time off for NUEE in certain pay bands, not all pay bands. We will also need to buy back our pension plan. I am paid annual salary. I have been with this company almost 18 years and have never had this happen before. We were told that it is for cost savings, however, they just gave us a raise in Sept, a month ago. Is this something they are allowed to do?
