Can my Company charge me the same cost for dental, life, disability as everyone else if they are not giving me the same coverage because I am 78
Our coverage is with Manulife, they booted me out of the plan when I was 70 and now the government has a dental plan I am having an issue getting as they say I have access to their plane, but want me to pay the same price as every other single employee and not get life,disability or health benefits
