Company says cant use cellphone for phone calls and texts Buti use it to listen podcast and YouTube while I work as a mechanic can they fire me for this also sometimes use earbuds

If it is a company policy, verbal or in writing, that you are breaching which you have been advised of the policy, it could be seen as wilful misconduct and/or gross insubordination, and you may not be entitled to notice in the event of termination of your employment.
