I’ve been at the bank for over 7 years and my insurer has claimed has asked for receipts for 6 months of claims as one claim they mentioned didn’t match the records from the provider. Is termination from the employer guaranteed or is there any way to not be terminated if repayment for any claims they claim shouldn’t have been paid for is reimbursed? Can an employment lawyer stop the termination?
Termination is an internal decision at the discretion of the employer that cannot be stopped by yourself or a lawyer if that is the decision that company makes.
