16yrs of fulltime employee PSW. I was terminated via courier. Upon recovery of work injury, i received termination papers in the post box. Ex-employer hasn't given me a reasonable severance. It has now been 3yrs. How do I get the package that I deserve?

You may be out of time to pursue a severance package if it has been 3 years since your termination. The limitation period in Ontario for commencing a civil action is two (2) years from the date of termination. Please contact our office for a consultation to discuss your circumstances further.
