Add Comment Question: I was hired as Director of Corporate UW in 2023, i worked very hard, never took lunch, worked evening & weekends to launch all their orojects successfully. And my performance for 2 years were successful, and no performance review for the 3rd year, no coaching, no formal email or PIP, had regular 1 on 1 scheduled, my boss shows up with HR & tells me my management style does not align with their culture so i am terminated effective immediately!!!! And for 2 years i was on their “risk & retention” strategy getting additional bonuses every 6 months because they did not want to lose me….and now my style is not aligned??? Also i was given a fully expensed car and was advised by them to sell my car, which i did, now they want the car back within 3 weeks? I am single mom, with house sale & purchase happening…which they are aware of…giving me 6 months severance pay!!
