However I would like to know what i woukd normally be entitled to if I was to be laid off instead. I have been at my job 20 years full time, it is unionized and we have a pension. Answer: We would need to know more about your age, position, salary etc. in order to properly asses your entitlements but it could be in the range of 18 to 24 months of pay.
