I have heard rumour in my community that this company has fired a couple of people. It is a rural area. I work for a cow breeding company. They told me that they would get back to me in a week after talking to some people? I have no clue as to whether I have my job to return to. Do they need to hold my job and if they aren't intending on having me back, do they not need to advise me of this so I can look for another job.
