Add Comment Question: A colleague who is male speaks down to me, insinuates I am not doing my job properly and makes me feel very uncomfortable in meetings and phone conversations with his comments and the way he speaks to me. In a recent video internal meeting with this colleague, he recorded the meeting. He was rude, made a derogatory comment and said I was not doing my job properly (it's not the way he wanted it done) I told him his behaviour was inappropriate and I ended the call immediately. He contacted my manager and launched a compliant. The video meeting that was recorded has restricted access which i do not have access to. I requested access 4 times over the span of one week. The colleague refused to grant access. What are my rights here? Answer: My name is David Vaughan and I am an employment lawyer with Samfiru Tumarkin. You should submit a complaint to your manager and/or the human resources department. Your Comment * Your Email * Your Name * Your City Note, your name, city and email is not displayed on the website.
