I was told by management that I ranked in the top 3 of our 26 technicians working in the Business Class 1 technician crew. Ive suffered from severe OCD and developed chronic insomnia at the time of my termination. I would have received full pension on May 3 2021. So I’m suing for full back pay from March 16 2011 to May 2 plus the instatement of my pension beginning May 3 2021. So I’m suing for well over 1.1 million dollars.
