My employer hasn't officially terminated my employment but he has hired someone to replace me and cut my hours to 0 for the past 5 weeks. Is there something I should be doing about this?

Thanks for your question. Cutting your hours to zero is almost certainly a termination, in action rather than in words. Give us a call at the number below to discuss your situation in more detail. We'd be happy to assist you in obtaining your full severance package.
