Hello, I'm currently on long term disability leave eas I returned to work had a relapse. My concern is that my role can't be modified due to system restrictions. I'm also concerned that I'm now experiencing issues with my memory so I will have great difficulty doing my previous role. I've been on long term since Jan 2025. I'm I allowed to look for a part time job while I'm on long term disability. I'm currently on a mental health leave .

My manager held a meeting to advise that my title would change and that I would be eligible for overtime. I received an addendum to my employee agreement and noticed in part the following statement/clause which we did not discuss "It is an express term of employment that the Company may unilaterally transfer the Employee or change the Employee's position, title, duties, responsibilities, or reporting relationships as it considers appropriate from time to time, and the Employee agrees such changes will not constitute a constructive dismissal." I feel this is vague and I am not being protected, am I correct not to agree with this statement?

I am currently on STD, and two medical professionals have OK'd my return to work with modifications. However, my disability case worker keeps denying my return. Are they allowed to do that?

Is the following clause in my offer letter enforceable? The two locations are ~60km apart and is a big change to my working arrangement. No relocation assistance is provided. “This position will initially be based out of the Markham, Ontario location and your day to day work locations are subject to change from time to time as determined by the Company, and in fact changes are anticipated, including, for example, to a Durham oﬃces work location and on site work locations at Darlington Nuclear Generating Station.”

I'm a 20 year employee and have 6 weeks vacation. I received a letter from work stating I now only have 4 and that they will adjust my salary up by the equivalent of 2 weeks pay. Can I refuse or do I have to sign?
