If is it safe to bring up a neutral agreement suggestion from my side? Thanks, GraceIf I have an employment agreement that entitles me to 5 weeks vacation and I am on both salary and commission, are my total wages to be calculated at the 5 week accrual rate of 10%? I have been with the company 27 years and my commissions constitute 50% of my wages.I have been given a performance review which I don't agree with. I was also given 2 options stemming from the performance review: a demotion or go on a 30-day performance improvement plan. I believe that both options are giving the organization a cause for termination. I would like to know if I have any other options.I work for a bank and most office employees have been working from home fulltime for the last five years. However executive management is now mandating all employees to work in the office most of the week. The employment contract does not address this issue at all. If I insist on continuing to work from home, would they be required to pay severance if they fire me? Thank you for your guidance. Previous Next Page 109 of 1631
